Return and Exchange

We at Jeevastha Ayurveda are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Because opened or damaged products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept the return or exchange of delivered, opened, or used products.
Our exchange policy only applies to products that are reported within the specified timeframe mentioned below in case of damage or quality issues:

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has
checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of receipt of the products along with the supporting images and videos.

We are not responsible for any damages that may arise after delivery.We do not cover any damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application; under our return, refund, and exchange policy.
